Online Registration Instructions:

Once you’ve registered for a course and you don’t have a permit, you must first pre-apply at the DOL website DOL website (http://www.dol.wa.gov/driverslicense/gettingalicense.html). You will be issued an ID number which starts with the first 5 letters of your last name. That number must be provided to us upon enrollment. We will notify the DOL so that all you have to do is go directly to the DOL to get the permit (taking a birth certificate) no more than 10 days in advance of the start date of the class.

Our Refund Policy:
- We require a 14 day notice if you are withdrawing or transferring from a class to avoid a $75 service fee.
- 50% of tuition will be refunded after the 3rd day of class. (No refunds on partial payments).
- There will be NO REFUNDS after the 4th instructional day of the class.

OAK HARBOR DRIVERS ED PKG-5

Meets WA State Requirement of Traffic Safety Education. Includes 34 hours of class, 5 hours of drives, 1+ observation. Permits may be purchased up to 10 days before the course begins from the Dept of Licensing. You must have a WDL number pre-assigned to you in order to get the permit (unless you have a WA ID card).
