Conditions for obtaining a driver's

Registration terms

Join the training programme

Vehicle: The training vehicle used by the trainee/trainee, whether it is a private vehicle, bus, taxi, motorcycle, or any transport vehicle of any kind.

Training conditions

The trainee is not entitled to leave the theoretical lecture or practical training, and in the event of non-compliance, the school administration has the right to count the lecture as absence.
The trainee must adhere to the instructions and directives of the trainer during the practical training inside the vehicle and allow her to assist during the training.
In the event that the trainee refuses to cooperate or hand over the vehicle to the trainer, the trainer has the right to cancel the training
It is forbidden to discuss the trainer in the event of his intervention by word or deed to ensure his safety and the safety of the vehicle and other road users, and he has the right to discuss after the end of the training session
The trainee has the right to request the return of instructions or directions from the trainer in the event that they are not clear or not heard well
It is strictly forbidden to use the mobile phone during theoretical or practical training, with the importance of putting it on silent
In the event that the trainer is absent from the training, the school is obligated to compensate the applicant with compensatory classes free of charge as soon as possible.

Evaluation and

The trainee has the right to attend the assessment test to determine the level of driving skills only once
In the event that the theory test is not passed, the trainee can retake the test after paying the test fee with the added tax
In the event of a violation of cheating in the theoretical exam in any way, such as side talk or using the mobile phone, the exam will be canceled immediately, and the trainee is obligated to pay the exam fees upon retake.
The theoretical test must be passed first before starting the practical training
When conducting the practical test, the examiner has the right to terminate the test at any time if he notices that the trainee is unable to control the vehicle, and the trainee must abide by that with an explanation of the reason.
Absence from theoretical or practical training is not allowed without prior permission, and the school administration must be notified at least 24 working hours before the appointment through the school's approved cancellation method so that absence and alternative class fees are not calculated, noting that absence will affect the applicant's training program And getting a license at the exact time of the need for rescheduling
It is absolutely forbidden to be late for theoretical and field training, and if the trainee is late for theoretical or practical training for a period of more than 20 minutes, the applicant will be considered absent from that lecture
In the event of the trainee's absence from practical or theoretical training without an acceptable excuse, her compensatory hours will be calculated according to the price defined for the service for one additional hour for each hour of absence, in addition to the value of the added tax and its schedule according to the vacant times approved by the school administration
The trainee has the right to postpone a maximum of two times before the start of the training, by choosing the postponement icon on the school's platform, where a message appears informing him that his new training will be according to the dates available from the date of registration.
The trainee has the right to postpone after starting the training through the postponement icon, as a message will appear to him stating that his new training will be according to the available dates, noting that he is not entitled to claim the fees of the previous training with the obligation to pay the fees for the remaining training hours.
The trainee has the right to fully refund the training fees 48 working hours before the start of the training program, and fill out the withdrawal and refund request form and attach all the required documents, noting that the refund of the fees will be through a bank transfer to the applicant’s account with a maximum of 90 days from submitting the refund request and approved by the school.

In the event that the trainee is not satisfied with the result of the theoretical or practical test, the competent authority for review and grievance is the traffic department in the school.
The applicant submits a result verification request to confirm his test result through the form available in the traffic department at the school.
The school traffic officer will review the examiner/evaluator and refer to the records and surveillance cameras, and the decision of the school traffic officer is final on the result

Training controls

It is strictly forbidden to photograph the school's facilities and its visitors. In the event that the violation is caught, the case will be submitted to the school administration to take the necessary action.
It is strictly forbidden to bring any disks or USB flashes to the theory test lab.
It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into classrooms, training grounds, and vehicles. The cleanliness of halls, training grounds, and vehicles must be maintained, and waste must be thrown in the places designated for them.
The school's property must be preserved and not tampered with.
