1. License Testing & 2 Hour Lesson Offsite/Teen 2 Hours Driving Lesson

A 2-hour driving lesson & the on-road driving testing at our school, in our car. 

To test you must have completed all state requirements, including holding your permit for the required time period. 

Only 16 to 21-year-olds are eligible for this program.

2. License Testing Offsite

Testing at our location, in our car. 
To test you must have completed all requirements, and have held your permit for the required time period. 
Only students UNDER 22-year-olds are eligible for this program.

There is a $35.00 test rescheduling fee if you ask us to change your test date.

Note: CT state Law requires anyone testing at a driving school to have done at least 2-hours of driving lessons, and prove driving proficiency

5. License Testing - Training Elsewhere Offsite/Offsite Test Lessons

Test at Our School Must be Under 22 Years Old (16-21 Year Olds)

For students who have taken:

  1. Have NOT done at least 2-hours of driving lessons at our school
  2. Did NOT take their 8-Hour class at either the High Ridge or Stamford Driving Schools.

Please be aware: the state of CT requires a certificate for every student who uses one of our vehicles for their test. The certificate states in part: 

Additionally, to be able to use our car for your test the state requires us to provide a certificate that states that you have: "attained proficiency in the operation of a motor vehicle, and considered a safe and capable driver by this school in accordance with the provisions of Section 14-78-36 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.

So, a student needs to be ready to pass their test prior to taking the required 2-hours of lesson time. The purpose of these 2-hours is to familiarize the test-taker with the type of vehicle they will be using for the test. Of course, we will be happy to provide some tips and helpful information, but the test-taker must be ready to test!

C-1 Test at Our School - 30 Hr Classroom Students Offsite

Driving Test at Our School - Full Teen Student:

  • Students under 22 years-old are eligible
  • The student is enrolled in our Full Teen Program
  • Take the driving test at our school, in our car, with a DMV Inspector
  • Paperwork is submitted to us, and you will go to the Norwalk DMV after passing the test.
  • You must make sure you’re eligible to test - completing the proper training & holding a learner’s permit for the required time.
  • There is a $35.00 test rescheduling fee to move your test date

Driving Test at Our School - Full Teen Student:

  • Students who are 22 years old, or YOUNGER are eligible
  • The student must have completed & provide documentation of the state-required driver training
  • Student must have done at least 2-hours of driving lessons with us, and we must be comfortable providing a certificate that states the student has shown the skills necessary to test.
  • Take the driving test at our school, in our car, with a DMV Inspector
  • Paperwork is submitted to us, and you will go to the Norwalk DMV after passing the test.
  • You must make sure you’re eligible to test - completing the proper training & holding a learner’s permit for the required time.
  • Driving Test at Our School - Full Teen Student:
